Four-membered delegation of Czech National Taekwon-Do Union consisted of Mr. Viktor Stein – 4th Degree, President, Mr. Kamil Kolofík – 4th Degree, Technical Director, Mrs. Lenka Kolofikova – 4th Degree and Mr. Robert Pokorný – Technical Assistant, Webmaster and Photographer of CzNTU visited on Saturday, 24th January 2015 the AETF HQ in Lublin.
The AETF was represented by Master Tadeusz Loboda – AETF President and Ms. Malgorzata Rogaczewska – Assistant to the AETF President. Master Jerzy Jedut – AETF Secretary General took part in the afternoon session of the meeting.
The aim of this visit was to familiarize themselves with the procedures and standards of work for National Federations associated in AETF. The agenda of the visit was scheduled for two sessions.
The first part was planned from 9.00 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. and included the organizational matter. The CzNTU delegates presented the Annual Report from their activity in 2013 and 2014. While comparing both years they informed about the progress in the development of the Czech National Taekwon-Do Union.
During the meeting the guests made the reference to the CzNTU Strategic Plan for 2014-2015 and informed that the plan was evaluated in the middle of the term and following that a new updated version was presented. The plan for 2015 assumes more dynamic activity of the federation and includes more areas which should help in the development of the organization. CzNTU is going to offer many new services for their members.
The second part of the meeting started at 4 p.m. and incorporated the sport and competition matters such as system of national and international competition, organization of the educational courses, exams or selection of the National Team. The delegates became acquainted with the procedures how to apply for the organization of such events as: seminars, courses or competitions.
It was a very fruitful and intense visit. The meeting finished with the official dinner.
As there was no time to mention all important subjects the delegates announced to come back to Lublin in the nearest future.
