Please find attached the official invitation to the 28th Junior and 37th Senior AETF European Taekwon-Do Championships to be held from 25th to 30th April 2023 in BT Arena Sports Hall at Uzinei Electrice str. 400375, Cluj-Napoca, Romania

Important deadlines:
January
08.01.2023 – 2023 Umpire Application Form must be sent to umpire@itf-taekwon-do.eu by 8th of January 2023 at the latest 10.01.2023
(From 10.01.2023, delegations must get credentials and enter all participants through the ITF Data Base Online: https://data.itftkd.sport/signin)
15.01.2023 – AETF Umpire Committee will inform the selected umpires of acceptance
February
26.02.2023 – Submit the “Accommodation Application form” and pay 50% deposit of the total amount due for the entire delegation
March
01.03.2023 – Early arrival notification sent to the Organizing Committee for the umpires.
April
01.04.2023 – Last date to request small changes/corrections in your hotel Booking and payment of hotel accommodation balance.
02.04.2023 – Last date to clear entry fees
02.04.2023 at 21:00 UTC – Deadline for adding or changing participants in the Online Registration.
25-30.04.2023 – European Championships in Cluj-Napoca, Romania
