Dear Grand Masters, Masters, Instructors, Competitors,
On behalf of Polish Taekwon-Do Association and All Europe Taekwon-Do Federation we have the great pleasure to invite you to the 12th AETF Open European Taekwon-Do Cup and International Taekwon-Do Cup for Children which will be held from 15th to 18th June 2023 in Lublin, Poland.
The event shall be held in the Sports and Entertainment hall of the Medical University of Lublin.
I would like to welcome all the Grandmasters, Masters, Instructors, Competitors and Taekwon-Do Practitioners to our country to enjoy an amazing experience offering you by Lublin – the City of Inspiration ( https://miastoinspiracji.lublin.eu/en/ ) , being in 2023 – the European Youth Capital.
The Open European Taekwon-Do Cup is the first official and international event where the new sparring categories will be introduced as specified in the Official ITF Rules of Competition – Version 2022v2 (with the exception of the team sparring – OLD ITF RULES). This is why this event may be a perfect test before the upcoming World Championships 2023 in Tampere, Finland.
We have booked for you over 700 places in several hotels located in walking distance from the venue.

Polish Taekwon-Do Association hosted the European Senior Taekwon-Do Championships in 1992, 1994 and 2008, the World Junior Taekwon-Do Championships in 1995, European Junior Taekwon-Do Championships in 1997 and 2008, World Senior Taekwon-Do Championships in 2003, among them in Lublin: the European Championships 1994 and European Cup 2009 and 2017 as well as numerous international competitions of a lower rank (International Matches 2003, 2004, 2005).
We are sure that the experience gained while organizing all the events will make the XII Open European Taekwon-Do Cup in Lublin a successful event.
We will do our best that the Championships will be an unforgettable experience for all competitors, coaches, umpires, VIPs and supporters.

26th March 2023 – Deadline for submitting Umpire application forms
10th May 2023 – First deadline for all reservations of accommodation
10th May 2023– Deadline for payment of 50% for accommodation
15th May 2023 – Last date to make small changes in accommodation
28th May 2023 – Deadline for the online registration
