Finally, we introduce you to our second speaker Boo Sabumnim Urša Terdin, a sports psychologist. She is an ITF Taekwon-Do 1x World and 7x European Champion.
Urša has extended her own experience in sport with a Master’s degree in Sport Psychology, so that she can now help athletes train their mental performance and make their mind work for them, not against them.
She will be talking about “What role does our mind play on the mats”
