The All Europe Taekwon-Do Federation (AETF), led by Master Tomaz Barada, and the South American Taekwon-Do ITF Federation (FST), led by Sabum Fernando Arrúa, have signed a groundbreaking agreement that unites two continents under a shared vision: to collaborate in the technical, educational, and institutional development of ITF Taekwon-Do across our regions.

📍 First milestone: In 2026, the ITF Elite Stage & Competition will take place in Paraguay, launching a new model of intercontinental cooperation between ITF continental federations.
