The President of the AETF, Master Leonardo Oros Duek, received an important award from the President of the State of Israel.
On the first day of December, the government of ISRAEL presented the “Aliyah and Integration Award” to Master Leonardo Oros Duek, President of the All Europe Taekwon-Do Federation, in recognition of his great and tireless work during the last 20 years, which is given in various disciplines such as medicine, science, society, art and sport, to immigrants who have consistently contributed to the development and improvement of the quality of life in Israel.
Master Duek was considered substantial for his contribution through Taekwon-Do in general and the Adapted Taekwon-Do program in particular, of which he is also chairman of the ITF committee.
This task of inclusion and expansion of an activity that contributes to improve the quality of life of all, is also reflected in the book GUIDE FOR ADAPTED TAEKWON-DO INSTRUCTORS.
The ceremony took place in the hall of the Presidential House, where the awards were presented by the Minister of Aliyah and Integration, Dr. Pnina Temeno Shete, and the President of Israel Dr. Isaac Herzog.
