The AETF Board of Directors is responsible for the strategic leadership, governance, and overall direction of the All Europe Taekwon-Do Federation. AETF Advisor to the Board

Grandmaster Per Andresen serves as the Official Advisor to the AETF Board of Directors, bringing decades of international Taekwon-Do experience and leadership to the strategic and governance activities of the Federation. In this role, he provides expert counsel to the Board and supports informed decision-making across all areas of the Federation’s work. His responsibilities include advising on policy, contributing to long-term planning, and offering guidance on the development of committees, events, and technical standards. As a respected leader and ambassador of ITF Taekwon-Do in Europe, Grandmaster Andresen plays a vital role in upholding AETF’s values and ensuring continuity, integrity, and unity across its member organisations.

AETF Technical Director

Grandmaster Willem Jacob Bos serves as the Technical Director of the AETF, providing expert leadership in shaping the technical direction of Taekwon-Do across Europe. Working closely with the AETF Board and Official Advisor, he plays a key role in setting and maintaining high technical standards, advising on competition rules, and guiding instructor certification and grading policies. He supports the strategic development of the Federation through collaboration on training, education, and competition projects, while promoting consistency and excellence across all member countries. His extensive international experience and commitment to technical integrity ensure that AETF remains aligned with the highest standards of ITF Taekwon-Do.

AETF Revisory Commission & Disciplinary Committee

The AETF Revisory Commission is an independent body responsible for overseeing the financial integrity and accountability of the Federation. It reviews financial reports, audits accounts, and ensures that AETF activities comply with established financial procedures and regulations. AETF Women’s Committee
