Please find attached an important communication from the AETF Women’s Committee regarding the launch of the AETF Women’s Committee Mentorship Programme 2026.
As part of the activities marking International Women’s Rights Day and under the theme #GiveToGain, the Women’s Committee is launching its first mentorship programme and is now issuing an open call for mentors.
We kindly ask all Member Countries to:

Circulate this call within your National Association

Encourage eligible 4th degree (and above) practitioners to apply

Support applicants by providing the required letter of endorsement
This initiative represents an important step in strengthening leadership development, inclusion, and knowledge transfer across the AETF.
The deadline for mentor applications is 31 March 2026.
