A Cooperation Agreement for the Future of Our Practitioners in Europe & South America

The All Europe Taekwon-Do Federation (AETF), led by Master Tomaz Barada, and the South American Taekwon-Do ITF Federation (FST), led by Sabum Fernando Arrúa, have signed a groundbreaking agreement that unites two continents under a shared vision: to collaborate in the technical, educational, and institutional development of ITF Taekwon-Do across our regions.

This partnership opens exciting new opportunities for practitioners, instructors, umpires, and future leaders—joining forces and sharing synergies to build a stronger future for ITF Taekwon-Do athletes worldwide.

Together, we will promote joint seminars, competitions, educational programs, professional development, social initiatives, inclusion, sustainability, and youth leadership.

First milestone: In 2026, the ITF Elite Stage & Competition will take place in Paraguay, launching a new model of intercontinental cooperation between ITF continental federations.

A decisive step forward to offer greater and better opportunities to all who live and breathe ITF Taekwon-Do with passion and commitment.
