The All Europe Taekwon-Do Federation (AETF) Board of Directors, Advisor, Technical Director and Revisory Committee Chairperson, came together for a two-day working meeting, combining a Strategic Workshop and an official Board session, focused on shaping the future of European Taekwon-Do.

 Day 1 – Strategic Workshop

Led by AETF President Tomaz Barada, the Board worked collaboratively to refine the AETF Strategic Framework 2025–2029.

 Shared a unified leadership vision

 Explored the key strategic questions: What, Why, Who, When & How

 Developed clear objectives across priority areas:

• Education & Training

• Communication

• Competitions & Events

• Expansion & Growth

• Sponsors & Partnerships

The day concluded with group presentations and alignment on shared priorities for a sustainable future.

 Day 2 – Board of Directors Meeting

Focus on governance, planning, and operations:

• Strategic Workshop outcomes & Framework 2025–2029

• Financial overview and 2026 budget planning

• Improvements to financial transparency and reporting

• Competition & event updates, including:

– AETF Ranking Tournaments (Sarajevo, Dublin, Málaga)

– AETF European Championships 2026 – Maribor

– Umpire, Technical & Educational courses

• Updates on governance, membership, statutes & international relations
